こんにちは！看護師としての臨床経験と、看護大学での非常勤講師としての教育経験を活かして、「わかりやすくて信頼できる看護・医療情報」を発信しているにぎり飯です。
大学院では専門看護師（CNS）を目指して学んでいました。現在は、看護学生や現役看護師、そして医療に関心のある一般の方にも役立つような、「読みやすく、勉強にもなるサイト」を目指して運営しています。
当サイトでは、エビデンス（科学的根拠）に基づいた看護・医療に関する情報を中心に、国家試験対策や現場で役立つ看護知識、そしてちょっとしたコラムなど、幅広い内容をお届けしています。
「難しい言葉はなるべく使わず、でも内容はしっかり」──そんな情報を届けることで、学びにもなり、気軽に読める医療サイトを目指しています。看護初心者からベテラン看護師まで、どなたでも気軽に読める医療情報サイトです。
現在の活動と今後について
現在は海外に住みながら仕事をしているため、新しい記事の投稿は一時ストップ中です。でも、これまで書いた記事の見直しやリライトは継続中で、より読みやすく・正確になるようにコツコツ改善しています。
そして今後は、サイト全体の大規模リニューアルも予定しています！もっと使いやすく、もっと見やすく、さらに価値ある医療・看護情報を届けられるようパワーアップするつもりです。
「看護の基本から最新医療まで」「ちょっと気になる看護のこと」「わかりやすい医療の話」が知りたいときに、ふと思い出してもらえるような、そんなサイトをこれからも目指していきます！

Hello, I’m Nigiri Meshi. Drawing on my clinical experience as a registered nurse and my teaching experience as an adjunct lecturer at a nursing university, I provide clear and trustworthy nursing and medical information.
I studied in graduate school aiming to become a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS, Japanese CNS), but decided to pursue a different path before completing the program. Currently, I operate this website to offer valuable and easy-to-understand content that benefits nursing students, practicing nurses, and the general public interested in healthcare.
This site features a wide range of evidence-based nursing and medical information, including national exam preparation, practical knowledge for clinical practice, and easy-to-read, informative columns.
Our motto is to “avoid complicated language while delivering thorough content,” aiming to create a medical information site accessible to everyone — from nursing beginners to experienced professionals.
Current Activities and Future Plans
Currently, I live and work abroad, so new article postings are temporarily paused. However, I regularly review and update existing articles to ensure they reflect the latest evidence-based information.
A major website overhaul is planned in the near future to enhance usability, visual appeal, and the overall value of the nursing and medical content provided.
